Kklean Detailing & Valeting (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a mobile car detailing and valeting company based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We provide professional detailing services to vehicles in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, and surrounding areas. Karl, our lead detailer, carries all necessary equipment and water on board, though access to a plug socket is required.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.

  • Please ensure the vehicle is easily accessible so we can set up and start the service promptly.

  • Appointment times are estimates; some vehicles may require additional time depending on their condition.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits are not required at this time; this may change in the future.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or adjust the service if the vehicle is in a condition that poses a safety risk or prevents us from completing the agreed work.

6. Service Limitations

  • While we strive for the highest quality results, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections, particularly on older or heavily damaged vehicles.

  • Any additional services required outside of the agreed package may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before work commences.

7. Liability

  • Kklean Detailing & Valeting is fully insured; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or unrelated issues with your vehicle.

  • We take all reasonable care during our services, but the client acknowledges that detailing may not prevent minor surface imperfections or wear.

8. Complaints and Feedback

  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
