Refund Policy

At Kklean Detailing & Valeting, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile car detailing and valeting services. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with the work we perform.

1. Services Provided
All services are carried out according to the agreed package at the time of booking, including interior and exterior valets, paint correction, and maintenance services.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take reasonable steps to rectify it, including re-performing the service if necessary.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where we are unable to provide the agreed service, or where a service has been performed incorrectly and cannot be rectified.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the service date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to pre-existing vehicle conditions, wear and tear, or factors outside our control.

 

4. Cancellations

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
